MTS Systems Corp., Sensors Division will be exhibiting, as well as announcing significant improvements made to the fast update rate of its non-contact magnetostrictive linear-position sensors, at NPE 2009 (Booth #S54013).  Now boasting a 10kHz update rate, MTS’ R-Series SSI sensors make highly accurate absolute position measurements every 100 microseconds, providing customers with both the speed and performance required to save money, improve manufacturing, and increase productivity in injection and blow-molding machines.  If you or one of your colleagues is interested in learning more about MTS’ Temposonics® linear-position sensors and the benefits they provide within plastic molding machinery, please let me know when you will be available and I will be happy to coordinate a meeting with Matt Hankinson, MTS’ Temposonics Marketing Manager.
